Can I place my order from the phone? 

Yes, our offices are opened from Monday to Friday at 8:30 am to 5 pm. Call us during business hours to place an order with a sales expert at 562-946-6568.

Can I cancel or change my order? 

Once your order is placed, we do our best to fulfill your order the same day. If your shipping label has been printed, your order cannot be altered. Otherwise, please call us ASAP to adjust your order. 

Can I order or ship products outside of the United States?

Currently, we only ship to domestic United States, and a few Canadian provinces via our website. For all other countries, you will be responsible for custom charges and taxes. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

 All major credit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal.

I'm interested in bulk ordering for resale and distribution.

For resale, send us your resale certificate and/or tax exempt forms, along with our Credit Application

Are your products domestic or import?

We have both domestic and import. Hardware parts are imported from our overseas partners. Straps are assembled in-house in California.
