Returns & Cancellation
At Boxer Tools, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure you have a clear and straightforward experience if a return or cancellation is necessary.
Please note that Boxer Tools is not liable for any loss or damages (direct, incidental, or consequential) arising from the use of our products, or from the failure to understand and comply with proper instructions and warnings. We urge all customers to understand and comply with all applicable State, Local, and Federal laws, as well as industry consensus standards.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Boxer Tools purchase. For your convenience, we've implemented a self-service return process directly within your account.
- To Initiate a Return: You can easily request a return directly in your account. Upon approval, it will be the customer's responsibility to ship the item back to us.

Return Guidelines:
- Items must be new and unused.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- A 20% restocking fee will be auto-applied for all returned items.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Boxer Tools. We strongly recommend adding insurance, as damages during return transit will result in the refusal of the return.
Final Sale Items
Certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. These include:
- Any Custom Orders
- Any Opened Straps, Chains, Ropes
- Small components such as links, clips, bolts, hooks, and shackles

Damaged or Lost Orders
Upon discovery of a lost shipment or damages upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately for assistance. We kindly ask that you notify us within one week of receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
- Please inspect your shipment upon arrival to ensure all items were received.
- If your product arrived damaged, please provide us with pictures of the damages and contact us at customerservice@boxertool.com.
Abuse of Return Privileges
Our return policy is in place to ensure you don't get stuck with the wrong item. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in brand-new condition, or products that have been modified by the user.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change.
- Any orders canceled before shipping will be subject to a 5% fee.
- Any order that has already been shipped cannot be canceled or adjusted.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled or adjusted once the order is confirmed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at customerservice@boxertool.com to determine if your order can be canceled prior to shipment. If successful, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. If cancellation is not possible before shipment, the product(s) will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with our return procedure outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by Boxer Tools, we will send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please remember that all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@boxertool.com.
Sale Items
Please note that if an item is on sale, all sales are final and not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at customerservice@boxertool.com and ship your item to:
